Vendor Agreement Terms

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between United Mega Movers ("Company") and the vendor applying for registration ("Vendor").

1. Registration and Approval

All vendor registrations are subject to approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.

2. Service Quality

Vendors agree to provide transportation services meeting the Company's quality standards and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be processed according to the Company's payment schedule, typically within 30 days of service completion and proper documentation submission.

4. Documentation

Vendors are responsible for maintaining and providing all required documentation, including but not limited to vehicle registrations, insurance certificates, and driver licenses.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement for breach of terms or failure to maintain service standards.
