How to Fill the Form
Follow these simple steps to complete your registration.
Enter Contact Details
Fill in your name, phone number (+91 format), and email address. Phone number is mandatory.
Add Vehicle Information
Enter your fleet size, vehicle type (Hyva/Trailer), number of tyres, and service area details.
Upload Documents
Upload your PAN card, bank cheque copy, and vehicle documents (RC, insurance) for each vehicle.
Add Bank Details
Enter your bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name for payment processing.
Submit & Wait
Accept the terms, click submit. Our team will review your application and contact you in 2–3 business days.
